I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?
This usually never happens as we pack and ship each product separately and provide the tracking ID of each shipment to the buyer. Still, if it happens, please lookup for the missing product's tracking ID. If the problem persists, email us at email@example.com.
What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?
Immediately e-mail us the issue along with a photograph of the faulty item clearly displaying the problem. We will replace your product with a new one.
Will you refund the shipping charges on my parcel?
Shipping costs are exponentially high, and we feel sad to say that we will not be able to refund the shipping costs for your order. However, we will appreciate if you accept our replacement.
What if i dont like the product and want to exchange it?
If due to any reason you do not like the product we shipped you, you can easily ship it back to us and we will furnish you with a new product of your liking. All you will need to bear is the shipping costs, and you get the bag of your liking.
Why is the website product code different to my delivery note?
Do not worry about it. For inventory management, we use a different coding method, and it is a possibility that the different code is the inventory ID of the product. Save both the codes, and you can use either for future reference.

How much time will the product take to reach my place?
Every product is individually made, and despite the fact we always have orders lined up, we make it a point to ship every order in 12-15 Working days. Thus you can expect your order from India in a fortnight.
Why have I received an email saying the item I've ordered is out of stock?
Rest assured that email is just an indication for you that your product is in the process for you and it may take a bit more time for us to ship it. We will personally contact you if there is a problem with delivering your chosen product.
How can I search to find products on the website?
Just go to the products page and click on the product of your liking. Select the variant that you like and click "add to cart". Enter the payment details, and that's all.
